Local Pickup
We are happy to save you shipping costs and allow local pickup in Winter Springs, FL. When placing order use code "Pickup Order" so it does not charge for shipping. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup, please note this is our residence so we ask that you text us when you plan to pick up so we can make sure we are home.
Returns
There are no returns unless an item is defective.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Depending on the item and what customization you are having done will determine the production time, most items are made in 1-2 days and we ship items out 5 days a week.
Do you do customizing?
Yes. We can customize any of our products by adding your name or other text, and can also do custom pictures on any of our products.
